BRIKLIS, spol. s r.o. will display at the Trade Fair its briquetting press BrikStar MAGNUM which is intended for commercial production of block briquettes. The press is designed in such a way that the specific weight of the briquettes can exceed 1000 kg/m3 and that the briquettes can comply with DIN 51731. The pressing cylinder will develop a pressure of up to 1200 bar while pressing the material in the die. The die is 700 mm long, water-cooled, which provides for a long-term maintenance of optimum pressing conditions and high quality of briquettes which are pressed without addition of any binding agents. The briquettes featuring a block shape of 135 x 65 x 80 to 100 mm and a calorific value of 15 to 18 MJ/kg can be used in all types of boilers.
