Characteristic of the trade fair

Motto of the FOR SURFACE Trade Fair:
“High-quality processing of waste – future of all of us”

Although the total production of waste is continually decreasing and in the field of sorting of the packaging waste we are among top European countries, our waste management system still remains at an insufficient level and we do not manage to comply with various European quotas, standards and indicators.

The aim of the FOR WASTE Trade Fair:

  • To present both traditional and progressive technologies of waste handling, recycling and cleaning, and to indicate possibilities of further development of this important industrial sector
  • To present especially those technologies which make it possible to ensure further use of waste – not only a simple disposal of waste materials

Why to visit the trade fair?

  • The economic and industrial potential of Prague, the Capital City of the Czech Republic, is a strong reason for active attendance at the trade fair as well as for visits by both Czech and foreign visitors from the numbers of professionals and the general public
  • Each of the specialised trade fairs is focused exactly on the needs of exhibitors and visitors of the branch in question
  • Also at the time of new information technologies, the personal contacts established in the course of the trade fair remain an irreplaceable element of marketing activities
  • Opportunity to make a comparison of the success rate achieved by companies in the hard competitive environment
